Greater Conshohocken Merchants & Professional Association

The GCMPA is an organization founded & run by Conshohocken area merchants & professionals for the purpose of supporting our community & promoting local businesses. We strive to be a leader in fundraisers, community events & promoting all that is great about Conshohocken.

While we are known for creating & running the Annual Conshohocken FunFest- which has been a family community day since 1993- we are much more than that!

Our members help each other promote their Conshohocken based businesses……we provide much needed funds to local community organizations such as the Fellowship house, Colonial Neighborhood Council, Conshohocken Free Library, Special Olympics & more.

When many local residents were homeless from a terrible fire at the Millennium Complex in 2008, we raised much needed money for them, and then put together a Thank You Day for all of the firefighters who responded to that fire and prevented it from being a more serious tragedy.

We are also a growing group of business owners who are all interested in making Conshohocken a better place to live, work and shop. We support each others businesses; meet to discuss local issues and ways of making shopping and doing business in Conshohocken better. Whether its Group Advertising, Seminars on topics of mutual interest, or helping each other with specific challenges in their business, we are there for each other and we welcome any new members who might be interested in joining this thriving group of entrepreneurs & businessmen/women who are part of what Conshohocken is all about….people living & working together to make our community like one big family.
